That Good Good Market Sydney, Australia ("the Company") is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers, clients, and users ("you" or "your") in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) ("Privacy Act").

The Company collects the following personal information from all customers, clients, and users: first name, last name, email address, mobile number, and post code. Additionally, for vendors, the Company collects their Instagram name, Facebook name, website, food permit numbers, insurance, and any relevant certificates.

The Company uses your personal information for the following purposes:

• Vendor information is used to process and approve or deny vendor applications. As well as to contact vendors about upcoming vending opportunities

• Attendee information is used to send marketing materials via email and text to let you know about our events.

The Company does not share or disclose any of the personal information it receives with anyone unless they are directly assisting with vendor management or marketing materials (emails, texts) for The Company, in compliance with the Privacy Act.

The Company keeps all personal information in secure spreadsheets and its nominated email marketing software (currently Mailchimp, subject to change) in compliance with the Privacy Act.

You have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal information held by the Company, in compliance with the Privacy Act. If you wish to access, correct, or delete your personal information, please contact us at thatgoodgoodmarket.au@gmail.com. All email and text campaigns sent by the Company will contain an option to unsubscribe. 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications shall constitute your consent to such changes.
