Refund Policy for Vendor Stall Fees
We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent vendors from participating in our market as planned. Our refund policy for vendor stall fees is as follows:
Under 48 hours prior
If a cancellation is made by the vendor 48 hours or less prior to the event we do will not offer refunds for vendor stall fees.
Under 7 days prior
If a cancellation is made by the vendor 7 days or less prior to the event we will consider offering a partial refund of their stall fees or a credit towards a future market. The partial refund or credit will be equal to 50% of the total stall fees paid by the vendor.
Over 7 days prior
If a cancellation is made by the vendor over 7 days prior to the event we will offer a full refund of their stall fees or a credit towards a future market.
Extreme weather/unforeseen circumstances
In the event that we cancel the market due to unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather conditions, we will issue a full refund of stall fees or a credit towards a future market to all vendors.
Vendors who do not show up to the market without providing notice at least 48 hours in advance will be required to pay the full vendor fee plus a $50 no-show fee. This fee will be due prior to the vendor's participation in any future markets.
Vendors who are unable to participate in the market must provide notice at least 48 hours in advance. Vendors who do not provide notice or do not provide a valid reason for their absence will not be allowed back to the market.
